Mari is a full cycle Sr. Corporate Recruiter that is a whiz at diagnosing, planning, and managing human capital needs from start to finish. Mari is good at determining and executing the overall staffing needs and resulting recruitment strategy/plan.  Mari accomplishes this by leveraging technology and her own skill to find a selection of qualified candidate to propel business forward.

Mari works via a process: alignment on short and long term goals; gaining insight of the ideal candidate profile;  strategically determining which recruitment tools would be most effective; and putting those tools to work to contact, phone screen and engage candidates. Mari conducts competency-based interviewing techniques, coordinates onsite and/or video conference interviews, and collaborates with clients for alignment on position compensation structures.  Mari also manages the candidate experience, engages in salary negotiations, and assists with relocations and other as needed.

Susan possesses progressive recruitment and HR experience and has been recognized for transforming cultures; optimizing total talent; and creating, building, and developing effective HR operational systems and practices.  Susan specializes in creating standardized competency-based frameworks for companies to support compliance, recruitment, retention, development, and culture evolvement.  

Susan is a certified trainer, a recruitment strategist, and a hands-on professional. Susan has developed many HR programs from scratch such as Applicant Tracking Systems, Competency Performance Programs, Change Management Systems, Employee & Management Development Programs, Internship Programs and Employee Engagement Programs.

Susan is a- get-it-done change agent with a specific grounding in organizational development and the ability to execute and report progress using common sense solutions that propel business forward.

Heather Rose


Heather approaches human resources consulting with vast experience in employment laws including EEO, OSHA, COBRA, FMLA, ERISA, ADA, FLSA, and WC along with experience in training programs, employee relations, employee counseling, payroll and benefits.  But it's Heather's  extensive knowledge working with and through unions and in high-volatility employee relations situations that sets her apart.  

Heather's experience in government based companies provides specific strengths on writing detailed and specific policies and procedures as well as union negotiations, risk management, standardized testing requirements, MCAD, union grievance negotiations, and state organizational standard requirements.
